Neon Day Gecko,s Breeding Plan

HI,
Iam having 4xNeon Gecko,s next week, finished my build that took me 14mths,To complete,My build is in our attic very hot in te Summer,I have installed 6xblowers for the heat,Mistking 6x Nozles,Humidity 50 to 70% bang on,I got 6ft piece of Bamboo drilled holes,Placed across the Canopy,Do I just let them get on with it,Iam a wee bit nervous although i have done a lot of reading,ps The build is out of direct sunlight,you got any tips?Hope I done this right,atb Ceri

I would set up a way to monitor the temperatures and get the geckos out if it gets too hot.

I kept and bred P. klemmeri successfully for years and is be happy to help you out anytime you have questions. They are a lot of fun. They're teeny little guys though and I'm wondering about the size of your "build". Can we see some pics? I'm worried they could escape...
I wrote a really thorough care sheet for them which I could probably dig up if you'd like.
Also I noticed you said 6ft piece of bamboo, but what they like are small (diameter) pieces that have holes cut so they can go inside the hollow part. They also prefer to lay eggs in there

What is the lowest tep that a Neon Gecko can tolirate while cooling them down before you breed them?

I have no idea. I never cooled them because they're from the tropics where it never gets cold. Did you read that people cool them?

Hi Joe,
My build is in the Attic gets a little chilly here in Wales at Winter,I was just thinking is it a natral mode for them, Or have i got to bump it back up in the higher 70s,I Know its about 20c up in the Attic at Winter,I got the halogen in the ceiling,I was just thinking,When Spring comes maybe they rampant, Lol atb Ceri

Iam working on the idea Of sealing the glass doors, At the moment I have put mastic tape where the glass pieces cross,it was also my concern that the very small Neon Geckos would get out of the closure, been thinking of draught excluders,And fix them on the edge of the glass,Have you got any tips Joe?at Ceri
