Our newest members

Today, we adopted two new members to our family from a rescue not to far from us. We went there just to get one animal but we were introduced to another scale baby we just could not pass up.

Our original adoption was Petunia the Eastern Box turtle. We haven't fully set her up yet but thought she might want a snack while she waited.

BUT!!!! The rescue owner knows I am a sucker for Colubrids and brought out a little guy for us to look at. Well in slithered Slate to our family. Slate was surrendered to the rescue as a rat snake but something just looks off here. So here are some pictures let me know what you think he may be. (My beginner guess would be Redbelly snake but he has saddles that are hard to see in the pictures)
