My Reptile Interests
|

Mainly Crotalids. I've produced 13 Atrox morphs to date, I'm not really a "morph" guy but they help pay the rodent and rack bills. I've been cutting back but still have about 15 species/subspecies of US Crotalus, Sistrurus and Agkistrodon. The venomous market ain't what it used to be so I keep some Lampropeltis and Elaphe (whatever they're calling our ratsnakes these days) and a few gators in the pond just because I like to go out in the evenings and see them cutting across the water. All together about 250 adults. I'm all about field herping, there's nothing better than finding a beautiful specimen in a textbook setting.
