RULES FOR THE IHERP.COM PHOTO CONTEST

Promotion Overview.Contest is open to iHerp members. No purchase required. You must enter a valid email address and it must be your own email address. Multiple entries through multiple accounts will be disqualified. Off topic, obscene, irrelevant, or otherwise objectionable entries will be deleted without notice, and that user account may be disabled. Computer generated entries, automated entries, or human/alien cyborg entries are forbidden. Entries become the property of iHerp, LLC ("iHerp.com," also referred to as "we" or "us"). Entrants will receive email announcements (iHerp related) from us, but always will have the opportunity to opt-out of emails. If you opt out, you won't be able to win.
Winning. The contest winner will be determined by the number of votes received from iHerp members. Members may vote once, and only once, and not for their own entry. Based upon the total number of entries, the entry with the most votes will win. In the event of a tie, the Administrator of the site will cast the final vote. The winner will receive whatever promotional prize is offered, and depending on the prize and/or destination, may be required to pay all or part of shipping costs. Winners who do not respond to notification will forfeit their prize, and the prize will be given to subsequent runners-up.
Prizes. By entering the contest grants us permission to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law. We will not substitute another prize except at our discretion.
General Rules. Open only to people 13 years of age or older. In the event that a minor wins, the minors' parents must contact iHerp and provide permission and a postal address to send the prize. Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree that we and our agents are not liable for any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, acceptance of prize, or redemption of prize. We are not responsible for typographical errors and for misdirected or incomplete entries. We are not responsible for problems with telephone lines, computer systems or equipment, failure of email, or problems with the Internet or your connection to it. If in our sole discretion we find actual or suspected tampering with the promotion, or automated entries, or technical difficulties that affect an entry or the promotion, we reserve the right to void any entries and/or to change the promotion. Hardware problems, software problems, network difficulties, or events beyond our control may affect the fairness of the promotion or our ability to conduct the promotion, in which case we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or change the promotion. The laws of the State of Ohio shall govern this promotion and the federal and state courts of the State of Ohio shall have sole jurisdiction and venue in those courts; entry into the promotion waives all objections to jurisdiction and venue and constitutes submission to their jurisdiction.
