Comments:	I'm pretty sure Arachne's a Carolina Wolf Spider [Hogna carolinensis]...but I could be wrong. I DO know she's definitely a wolf spider, though. My best friend caught her [already with all her babies on her back] in her pool after my first wolf spider and her babies died. [I'm not sure what they were, though...The bigger one, who I named "Mama", was a really small species of wolf spider (which I figured out since she carried her egg sack everywhere) with striped legs...Nowhere NEAR the size of this girl!] A majority of Arachne's babies are still on her back, though at least 20 or so have ventured off and are constantly attempting to climb up the sides of the container [and falling right back down...]. No substrate yet, because I want to be able to keep an eye on all the little ones, but when they grow enough, I will separate her from them, take out a few to raise, then let the others go in my garden. Of course, also giving the ones I keep proper enclosures with enough substrate to burrow since I heard they like to do that. She's really kind of sweet, though. She's only been spooked once, when I was cleaning up a little mess in her cage. Other than that, she seems really chill. Even when I fed her, she slowly walked up to the dubia, then sank her fangs in. Granted, it was already dead...but she didn't seem to want to charge at anything. She's definitely my new baby...and her little ones are so cute!
