Comments:	Holly is another one of my adoptions and is a 3-toed box turtle. Holly only has one eye but it's hard to tell if she was born that way or whether she suffered an injury in the wild. She's a sweetheart. I don't know how she would do it but she would practically stand up on her hind legs and wave at me with one of her front legs every time she would greet me. She likes to have her head scratched too.

I think I have a three-toed box turtle as well. A family member rescued him from fire ants and few years back and he's missing an eye because of it. I recently took him in after she got tired of caring for him. I think this is what my guy is, but I would appreciate if you had a look at him since you own one already. Thanks. :)
