Comments:	Chakra is a beautiful, sweet girl that had some unfortunate things happen to her early on in her life. While trying to remove an eye cap, a veterinarian punctured her eyeball and it became infected. I took her to another vet and she was given the proper treatment but in the end she lost her left eye. I have to be careful handling her because she is skittish due to her lack of vision and will often try to bite. She's a tough little lady and has been able to overcome a handicap with some extra love and attention.

That is such a horrible thing to hear. We have an albino boa that took a hit to the eye when his previous owner fed a live item. Luckily it healed up wonderful and you can not even tell. We often find ourselves attached more to the ones with issues or deformaties.
