It looks like a Charcoal to me. Not a Lav or a Ghost. If it were a ghost, the side patterning would be fading out.

Anerys come in all kinds of contrast. It could also be a charcoal, but i cant see the eyes and i cant tell if it has any yellow on it. Either way, it can be lav or ghost unless the parents had hets that you or the breeder didnt know about.

For him to be ghost, the lav mot would have to be het for ghost. For him to be lav, the ghost would have to be het lav. IMO, he looks like a normal anery, which would mean your lav is het anery.
