Comments:	My very first boa! Autumn was born in 1989 and had been purchased at a pet shop. The original owners gave her up when she started getting big and had suffered heat burns from an exposed bulb. A nice lady in Venice took her in and named her Spot. In 1998 when she got a puppy, Spot went off feed for a while and so she was put up for adoption, I believe, in the Pennysaver. She was about 5.5' when I first brought her home. She is well over 7.5' now. I changed her name and learned a lot! Originally she was fed live, but after watching her get bit two separate times, I did some research on the internet and learned about feeding frozen thawed. She made the switch right away and we've never looked back. She had 1 litter in 2003 which resulted in 34 babies (she was bred with Snodgrass, het albino). She was a very good protective mother (intimidating!) I do not plan to breed her again, she is my pet and will stay here until she passes.
