Thanks playballp. I will try that. I usually offer the food quickly because I'm now stuck with a live rat pup or small rat that he hasn't eaten. Also he seems to like the rat pups the best and they are a little small for him so I thought I should feed him more often. But I will try waiting more and see if that works.

Hi Laura, I noticed that Reggie refused food a couple of times. Also noticed how frequent you offer food to him, too frequent I should say. 400+ grams, once a week meal is good, if he refuses than wait until the following week to offer again and watch, there will be less refusals :) This way he'll know (some how) that it is feeding day every 6 or 7 days. Good luck

Hi Diego. Thanks for asking. Reggie is doing well though he did refuse the f/t mice. I'm going to go today to get him a live baby rat and try that. I think I actually prefer the live animals. I didn't much like having to defrost and then warm the frozen mice. I hate to admit it but it kind of grossed me out. LOL BTW thanks for showing me this site. I like having a place to keep track of things and look at all the great pictures.
