Comments:	I first had a chance to work with Oxybelis fulgidus while working at a serpentarium in Costa Rica in 2003. In March of 2011, I came across an adult specimen purely by chance, and decided to pull the trigger. It is a flawless specimen, and a greedy feeder, taking thawed hopper mice directly off the hemostats. They're mildly venomous, and one bite (which was probably O. aeneus) in Cahuila, Mexico resulted in itching, reddening, swelling, numbness and blister formation (Crimmins 1937). There is also a report of a fatal bite in a horse in Central America (Orces 1948). Another report included swelling on the hand and forearm (Starace 1998).

Awesome! Love this! I've been on the lookout for them. I had a chance to pick up 3-4 a few years back but decided not to.... regret it now.
