Hi PhoenixPieds, thanks for the tips - I'm currently doing so. This is his second shed cycle since he has been with me...maybe like you say third time is lucky??? I've also changed his substrate to mulch and I spray water on a daily basic in his viv to increase humidity - tip I got from a couple whom I'm friends with who just happen to be ball python breeders. If you like you can view their page "A M Ball Pythons" - they're newish on the South African Breeders scene, but they have a beautiful collection and a great passion for what they do!

He's cute! If I have a trouble shed snake I put them in a tupperware of room temp water for 15 mins every day once a day after they go 'blue' until they shed. Usually after I do that for two shed cycles they shed just fine. Also make sure there is something rough in the cage that he can start his shed on like a rock or a log. Good luck!
