I take my adults off food for the duration. I use Herpstat temp controllers which conveniently have a Night Time temp drop feature. I keep my Stimson's hot spots at 86-88 degrees most of the year. When starting temp cycling, I decrease the night time temps gradually over a 2-3 week period. I start with a 86 hi / 78 lo for a few days followed by 86 / 74, then 84 / 70 then 84 / 68. Lowest temp settings occur at the 2-3 week mark. I'll keep these temp settings for about 8 weeks before gradually raising temps again. I introduce the male and female 3-4 weeks into the cool down and will keep them paired up 3-4 days a week for two - three months.

Nice! Stimson's are on my list. I have an Anthill and 3 Cape York Spotted's and they are just great! Very nice!
