My Reptile Interests
|
|
I started keeping reptiles in the mid 1990's with anoles. When I moved out in 2001, I started keeping golden geckos, leopard geckos, bearded dragons, and corn snakes. After figuring out I'd rather feed mice than crickets, I've narrowed things down to beardies and corns. (No, my bearded does not eat mice but she does eat a pre-packaged diet which means I don't have to dust/gutload crickets every day or hunt down the special variety of greens.) 2 of my original corns have been bred since 2003 and now that I have more time, I've picked up a couple babies and will be working with diffused/pied genetics.

Other Interests

Outside of reptiles, I also have 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 2 chinchillas.. That's when we don't have fosters from our local humane society running around. I also game with my husband. This includes World of Warcraft (online and cards), board games, and the occasional console game. I also enjoy going to the renaissance festival and making costumes.

Fantasy, historical, comedy, romance, and Christmas. Any movie with one of those in it, I'm good with.
