Overview
I have been trying to prove out this male. He finally started showing interest in some girls this season on 6/5/08. I am hoping to prove out one or both of these animals as genetic granites. Pastel male #1 was also in with her for a day. I saw "flirting" but no copulation. Mojave male was in with her for 2 days trying to produce mojave granites. This male is young and saw no copulation. I have rotated several males in with her including cinny, yb, mojo, and project granite. The only copulation observed was with project granite. 6/26 observed very quick cop with male yb #1. Another cop with yb male #1 on 7-7-08. Pic below. Very long cop with Sable male #1 on 10-22-08. Pic below. On 11-23-08 I notice a mid body swelling. Not sure if its the beginning of ovulation or follicle development? Does not look like full blown ov. This was NOT ovulation. She regurged soon after. Looks like the YB was the sire.
