Overview
Observed copulation early in '08 with male candycane on several occasions. I also paired this female with an orange male that sired last years litter. I recently traded him so he is no longer in the collection. But copulation was also witnessed by this male. Due to the amount of foliage and hide areas in the enclosure ovulation was not seen. But female is definitely gravid her color has darkened tremendously and her girth is rather large in the last half of her body. She refused food for the first time two weeks ago. My female last year ate up until a few weeks prior to giving birth. The female has been basking at the hot spot for the last 2 months.
