Overview
The Nicoli line HY male (Spotty T.-MM.01.20) is an animal that I produced in 2001 from a yellow speckled Nicoli (TN.97.04) male bred to my sorong female (Arleen-KM.97.01). He is about 30% yellow, mainly towards the lower third of his body. He also has some nice blue markings down the back. This animal was a yellow neonate.
7/29/08 UPDATE - Eggs started hatching on 7/28/08 (day 51 of incubation) and as of today all have emerged from the egg. The final number of living hatchlings is 9 (3 red, 6 yellow). There was a 4th red baby who slit the egg, but it was partially deformed and did not hatch. These are large hatchlings. All emerged with fully absorbed yolks.
The Biak female is from Ed Bradley's HY Biak line. She was a red neonate.
