Ivan my Coral Snow male mated with Diamond my Anery female tonight for the first time. Started at 9:24pm and ended at 9:41pm. It lasted 17 minutes. Hmm... now I am really curious to know if she does have any good eggs and they hatch this year what the babies are going to be like. I'm just crossing my fingers she will do great for me this year.

Diamond has not yet layed any eggs but should very soon. She has spent the majority of the last two days in her lay box. I got her out some tonight so she could get a drink of cold fresh water.

Diamond has laid 17 total eggs that look fertile so far. She does have one left to lay but has already ventured out of her lay box to get a drink of water and to roam around some. I am hoping she will lay the last one sometime tonight.. doesn't matter to me if its a good one I just want her not to become egg bound. So, I am crossing my fingers.

Diamond has several eggs still to lay at 10:22pm Feb. 26, 2014. They are much further up and I pray she will lay them overnight. I will check on her in the morning before going to work. I was hoping she would not have any issues this year but seem that it is just not going to be a good year once again for my baby girl. :( I'm so upset right now...I probably won't get any sleep.

Diamond is laying her eggs today. I am so happy to say she is doing a great job so far. When I got home from work she had laid 10 and has many more to go before she is finished.

Diamond passed away overnight from being egg bound. She is my baby girl, I will forever miss her sweet, docile nature. I love her so much. I will never forgive myself for breeding her this year. I thought she would be okay , she seemed to be doing great with laying her eggs but there were more further up stuck for two days and she seemed to get weaker the past two days. She was with me from June 3, 2006 to Feb. 28, 2014.

Diamond eggs should be hatching any day now. I've noticed they feel softer, have starbursts shapes forming on a couple of them and seem to be dark and half full instead of all veiny like. I'll most like will have babies hatching in the next few days. Yepeee!

Diamond's babies are finally pipping today! I see four /five babies poking heads out so far out of 15 good eggs. The first one was poking out at 8:30 this morning. I am so happy they are finally hatching. Yepeee!!!

So far on May 1, 2014 4 babies emerged from their eggs. Baby 1 is a Female Anery, Baby 2 is a Female Ghost, Baby 3 is a Female Anery, and Baby 4 is also a Female Anery. I may be wrong on teh sexes but I don't think I will be when I double check them in a couple of weeks when they are bigger size.

Because I see more than just Anery/Ghost babies poking heads out- such as a normal/hypo looking baby I will say Bindi is the Sire of these babies and not Ivan. If I would have only gotton Ghost/Anery than it would have been Ivan . Bindi is officially the Sire of Diamond's last clutch.

Dimaond had some gorgeous babies this year. It's really hard for me to sale any of them as most of them remind me of her. They are for the most part very calm babies and so far great eaters. I have one baby that is not eating for me though.. hope she will soon. I also have another that's only eaten once. Out of 16 babies though that's pretty good.
