Cheap ways of keeping snakes - Heat Light

Our apartment is a little chilly, so the under the tank heater wasn't working out as great as we hoped. So I hopped on over to Home Depot and picked up a light bulb that farmers use to keep baby chicks warm, and a wall mount for it. All in all it cost me about $12 which was the price of just the bulb in the pet store.
It keeps the heat at a perfect temperature, and is mounted to the wall so I don't have to worry about it melting the plastic parts on my tank hood, or my snake getting burns from it.
