Comments:	Possible male Budgett's Frog. Named Lumpy due to the large hernia that developed early on. Though the hernia looks large, Lumpy will more than likely be fine according to a well known Herp vet. Unfortunately, there are no specialists in the area that are able to perform surgery. Nonetheless, it doesn't seem to stop Lumpy from acting like a perfectly normal Budgett's Frog.
