Comments:	Fizz was relinquished to us as a "problem eater" - having regurged once two months ago and refused food since. I think the actual problem was an inexperienced keeper. I noticed right away that there was no heating element with the tank I was given. San Diego doesn't get that cold, but the last two months have been the coldest. We'll warm her up a bit and see what happens. *transferred to Sandrine for fostering
