Animal Name: Tamaulipan
Species: Mexican Night Snake
Elaphe flavirufa
Sex: Male
Birthdate: 8/16/2007
Comments: The Tamaulipan Ratsnake. A reliable feeder, easy temperament, and cool looking blue bugged eyes. One of my favorite rats. Some sources now list this snake as Pseudoelaphe flavirufus flavirufus. He lost about a half inch of his tail to a strangulating retained shed - I learned from that mistake.

Wow, the contrast of the eyes to the rest of him is amazing!

I know, I'm posting them slowly... let's see... the rest are almost all babies, the snakes at least. I need to get some pics of my torts and lizzies up here. Thanks, your comments always appreciated.
