Mine is extremely aggressive. It has never even thought about being nice. It is 9 and a half feet and it tries to kill me every time i get it out. African Rocks can reach over 25 feet in length and weigh as much as 250 pounds in extreme cases im sure. They are the third largest snake in the world. That is the size I have read they can get to. She is amazingly fast and smart too. I have had another rock python that was fairly tame. Only 5 foot but never wanted to bite. Only when I fed it would it be aggressive. I hope this helps you to make a decision as to get one or not.
