Comments:	Hardhat - $120 20g Male Produced by The Gecko Geek - My Lucky Penny x Rotten Banana The intense brightness of this guy's orange is unreal. There's no question why we named him Hardhat lol. This beautiful bicolor boy is actually from the Mardi Gras group. His mama is one of the OG Xander Mardi Gras, which makes young Hardhat the grandson of the original pair Rush x Mystique. He definitely got the awesome base color, but no spots really to speak of. He has one red spot above his left eye and that's about it. Hardhat does have a shortened tail which is the result of a healed injury. His tail was caught in an enclosure door, and was damaged in such a way that the tissue could not recover. Rather than force a tail drop, we allowed it to heal naturally since the healing process went well. So he's got a short tail, but its really just a cosmetic thing. It doesn't impair him in any way and it does function. None of the photos here really show the tail well since he kept wrapping the branch with it. I'd be happy to provide photos of it upon request.
