Yeah he doesnt do it to much anymore just when I take him out in a room in the house he hasn't been before :)

Aww, periscoping is so cute!! Don't worry about it. Not all BPs do it, the same as not all BPs ball up. It's perfectly normal. "Stargazing" is a sign of IBDV, but that's definitely periscoping, not stargazing. Just means Squirt is a curious little guy. :)
