Comments:	The caramel jag is a double co-dom morph of the coastal carpet python. It has both the caramel gene and the jag gene both which are co-dom. Paul Harris has proven out the super this year. The caramel gene seems to go through a prolonged color change. Hatch-ling's always look great and are very red. They then seem to go though an 'ugly" phase, this is when the juvenile red mostly fades , and the darker pigments start to come in, but they have not yet gained the "caramel" color most adults have. Eventually the yellow pigments come in giving them their adult appearance. Some of the future plans for this guy is a tiger, Granite, Zebra.
