This animal is not underweight. It's just undersized. It takes a LONG time to starve most snakes. -p-

LOL @ St. Pete. Relax bro. She's small, sure, but she's not starving to death. She looks to have good muscle tone, and you can't see spine or ribs poking through. As long as she's getting a meal every couple of weeks, and has access to fresh water every day, she's not in danger. There's absolutely nothing wrong with growing your snake slowly.
