Comments:	Ever since I first worked with this species at a serpentarium in Costa Rica in 2003, I've been wanting to get a pair of these amazing snakes. I acquired this male from Rick Sladick in March 2011 as a juvenile, and he has since become a large, impressive adult specimen. Unfortunately, most of the available specimens are males, and finding a female has been a bit of a chore.

Dude! When did you get this? Let's see some pics! Every time I have ever found true CBB Spilotes (which is only a few times), I immediately contacted the seller, and they were sold out/spoken for. One time the ad was at the top on KS, just posted that day, and they were all gone. I want a CBB pair BAD. What I really want is some S. p. mexicanum... -p-
