Reference Code: 0.1 Agkistrodon contortrix X Agkistrodon piscivoru
Species: -- not defined --
Sex: Female
Comments: This was an interesting specimen, a hybrid between a southern copper head (Agkistrodon c. contortrix) and a Florida cottonmouth (Agkistrodon p. conanti). Its phenotype was beautifully intermediate, as she had the body shape of a cottonmouth with the coloration of a copperhead.

I used to keep her in a terrestrial setup, much like I would keep a "regular" Agkistrodon of either species. She thrived, and became a beautiful adult. Unfortunately, she died while out on loan a couple of years ago. As for my path to hell - owning a hybrid is the least of my worries... :-D

That is one awesome snake. Of course, you are going to hell for eternity for owning an evil hybrid. (Just joking, obviously, but seems like lately my sarcasm has been falling flat.) What type of habitat do you provide him - terrestrial or semi-aquatic?
