Yeah, mine has the tarsal spurs. Now that he's older (you can't tell from the pic) its veil is also very pronounced, which I believe is a male trait.

veilds are really easy to sex, males have a small white-ish spur on their back heals... I can't really tell from the pic if yours has them or not...

Mine is only slightly larger than yours, from what I understand they grow pretty quickly.
