Comments: I went thu litterly heck and back with this little boa. I have battled mites, impaction, bad shedding & no feeding with him. 1st day in QT he seem to be holding his breath like he had a URI. It made his bottom half of his body sort of balloon out. The 2nd day I had him in QT I woke up went and checked on him he was litterly covered in mites which I treated him for and his tub.. 3rd day in QT his stuck shed that I thought was just on his neck actuly turned out to be all the way down his body and sort of "carmalized" suck to his body. 4th day in QT after a warm bath his shed find came off in patches. 5th, 6th and 7th day in QT I let him rest.

Sunday which was 10 days after I got him I tryed to feed him and he wouldn't eat.. So I left him alone. I took him to the vet. He was impacted. The vet helped him to releave himself and he has been doing fine now.

As of today he has now shed 2 times in my care. Is eatting f/t jumbo mice like a champ as you can see in the pic . 100% mite free and gaining weight to boot!

10/18/2012 He has shed AGAIN for me and is now on sm rats!

NICE! He's lucky he has someone willing to put in the work necessary to clean him up. His pattern is insane, but why do his saddles look like that? Are you sure there isn't some jungle or something in there? -p-

Holy crap he's gorgeous! Those markings on his dorsal are killer!! And what a ton of trouble this one has brought you! I'm glad you both got rid of the issues and he's thriving now! He's so lucky to be in the hands of someone as patient as your are.
