Comments:	Madame X (named for the yellow "X" on the top of her head) is here on loan from our dear friend Matt Morris. He proved her out in 2011 with his '07 Van Mierop male (Marcial Mendez, sib to Mina). It was a good sized mixed clutch, and the juvies are turning out nicely. Our MMM.11.12 and MMM.11.15 are from that clutch. Madame X has a beautiful hormonal blue color, the incredible steely blue that you only see on Biaks. She has lots of white scales and a nice black tail (a traits Biaks often possess). She is a big girl too, probably 6' and 1500 grams. She's been at Josh's since we got her, and he paired her with the '06 Canary/OSHY male (Marc Spataro, red neo). We recently proved this male out when Verul laid 18 fertile eggs. Madame X is now gravid, and we are hoping for a good sized clutch with a high fertility rate. She should lay in early June, around the time Psilo's clutch is due to hatch. :)

She only struck twice during the last photo shoot.. but a snake like that, only half-way down a 36" long piece of PVC that I was on the end of, haha! Got a little tense there for a second. One of those cheek-clinching moments that isn't funny till its over..
