He did eat a few times for us during that short stay and was interested in the female, but he did not eat enough to replenish what he already lost. The male died 3/19/2023. They may have bred in the short time they were together.

10/17/21	Refused Food	Refused		Left the frozen thawed pinky with dewormer injected into it overnight. This time the snake did not eat. Should be noted that it was storming all day and night unlike the other days this garter fed well on.

10/03/21	Feeding	1 frozen thawed pinkie scented with worm		Drop fed after getting lots of interest in the pinkie while trying to tease feed it. Left the frozen thawed pinkie which was scented/slimed by an earthworm in with the garter along with a live earthworm. It ate the pinkie but left the worm for now.
