My Reptile Interests
|
|
I keep snakes and lizards, and I've been keeping them on and off over the years. I've loved most all reptiles ever since I was a wee little Gina, coming home with random lizards and even the occasional amphibian in those days. My first official reptillian 'pet' was a green iguana I dubbed Ignacious, gifted to me by an uncle when I was eleven. Ignacious was not a very sociable fellow, and needless to say I only had him for a year before he outgrew his confines and his lack of handleability sent him to a better equipped home.
Nowadays I'm more learned about reptiles, and I'm the happy owner of a Dumeril's boa and a Brazilian rainbow boa.

I'm a full time office manager and the head vet tech for an animal hospital in Utah, so that takes up a good portion of my time and interests (yay for getting paid to do what you love!), but when I'm not working, I'm hanging out with friends, playing video games with the boyfriend, or just trying to socialize and fight off my cave hermit tendencies. I also draw weird things.

I like show tunes and musicals a lot as well, my tops being Little Shop of Horrors, Hairspray, Rent, Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Les Miserables, Batboy, Chicago...hmm and my mind fails me further than that.
