My Reptile Interests
The Morelia complex has my heart, hands-down. There's nothing quite as beautiful to me as a big, blocky Morelia headpiece. Add in the vibrant colors of the chondros and the jungles, the rich earth-toned patterns of the coastals and the IJs, and the golden intensity of the Tanimbars...well, I'm done for. I also have a very strong affinity for Brazilian Rainbow Boas (hi-red and cherry-phase hypo) and Amazon Tree Boas (bi-color, red and leopard). I keep a few blairs phase Greybands as well as a couple of other colubrids, I'd also like to someday have a pair of green Sanzina, a pair of Ed Marino's 70+ scale diamond Basins and a pair of water pythons. So many neat snakes, such limited bandwidth!

If I tell you "don't do anything I wouldn't do", that pretty much leaves you wide open to invite all and sundry sorts of mayhem into your doings. Have fun with it, I will.

Music
The Residents have been my mainstay for more than half of my lifetime now, but my musical tastes range all over the place. Anything experimental, most things indie-flavored, first and second generation UK punk and Oi, a seemingly life-long love of so many different electronic and/or trance offerings, a great deal of primarily instrumental sounds of several genres, a surprising amount of dreamilicious ambient, quite a bit of stuff with a heavy drum and/or bass backbone along with any tribal genre stuff I come across, such as Kodo Taiko drumming and Tibetan chant. Music fills my background for a good 20 hours a day, it's a good bet that if it's not on commercial radio, I'll find something within the genre that I like. As for Metal, you can have that, it's not for me.

Movies
David Lynch...yes. Tim Burton...yes. Outside of the mainstream, you'll find me happiest at some 16mm film festival or digesting some college circuit documentary. I am a product of the Ann Arbor film offerings, I had no idea how good I had it until I left; boy I miss that town.
