My Reptile Interests
|

I have only been keeping herps since 2009 though I've just dove right in. I own a small variety of coluabrids among other things. I have successfully bred Corn snakes (not a bit feat) and plan to get experience with other species. So far I know I really want to get into breeding Madagascar Giant Hognoses. I eventually want to explore the option of breeding longnose snakes and rufous beaked snakes.

I originally started with 4 chinchillas before I branched out to reptiles. I love all kinds of animals but I want to professionally get into working with birds of prey. I love working with them so much and I hope I can get a job with either a well known rehab and education center or at a zoo doing something like free flight shows. Working with reptiles would be cool too. Other than animals I like video games, tattoos, and piercings. The usual stuff for someone my age. I also like to be outdoors doing things like kayaking and archery. Occassionally I go shooting, and eventually when get situated to one state I want to get my CCP.

10 years, family force 5, five finger death punch, ludacris, dropkick murphy, and many more. A lot of old school (and by that I mean early 2000s lol) Heavy metal, punk, alternative, rock, and some occassion rap when I need to switch things up. Not a big fan of blue grass, country, R&B, or anything of that nature.

I am a graduate of Unity College in Mainewith a degree in the Captive Wildlife Care and Education. I have worked at the Salisbury zoo and Horizon wings Raptor Rehab and education center. At my school I have also worked on the revision of the pet policy which ended up being a no go due to insurance.
Currently I am an Animal Tech at Merck in Millsboro, DE and a Part Time Educator for the Salisbury Zoo in Salisbury, MD.
