My Reptile Interests
|

I study, keep, and breed turtles and tortoises. I have kept turtles for many years and co-founded a turtle rescue group several years ago. My focus is on asian species with my favorites being Geoemyda spengleri -Vietnamese black-breasted leaf turtles, Geoemyda japonica - Okinawa black-breasted leaf turtles, and Platysternon megacephalum - Asian big-headed turtles. Just recently I have started keeping geckos of the genus Rhacodactylus: cresteds, gargoyles, and a leachianus.
