My Reptile Interests

Primarily a captive keeper, have successfully bred crested geckos but stopped that after being overwhelmed with so many babies...other than that, I've never successfully bred anything and don't really try. Been keeping reptiles most of my life...my uncle got me into them as a kid and I've kept them off and on ever since. I try to limit my collection now. I suffered herp burnout in highschool after being overwhelmed with so many while trying to keep my grades up and have a social life...and I really don't want that to happen again. As far as field herping goes, I try to get out some in my spare time...and every spring for the past 4 years I've met with either members of my website or members of another herp website at Snake Road in Illinois where we all camped and herped for the weekend. I also occasionally make fall trips to Snake Road with my uncle when he's not busy with his job.

Other Interests

I work on a deer farm...yes, I said a deer farm. We breed and raise captive white-tail deer. No these deer do not end up released and are not contributing to the overpopulation of white-tails in this country. My full job is a property caretaker for a well-known business man in this area. It keeps me really busy, but working with the deer is extremely enjoyable. As far as free time...between work and running my website, I really don't have a lot of it. I go out and have a few drinks at the bar every now and then if that counts for anything...oh and I'm a new Jeep Wrangler owner...and I spend lots of my time planning out mods for the Jeep.

Love most newer rock/metal/and country...used to follow a few local bands but don't have the time to do so much anymore. A couple of them broke up as well... if you get a chance... check out APG (myspace.com/apg), Northmont (myspace.com/northmont), Gone Tomorrow (myspace.com/gonetomorrow), and Bluekarma (myspace.com/bluekarma)! They're all from Ohio and they all rock!

My favorite movies change frequently...I like a lot of action movies and comedies, but I don't mind sitting down for a good chick flick every now and then.

I run a couple different websites...I hold a vocational certificate in Information Technology. Attended "college" and got my HVAC&R certification from 2007-2009, though I don't work a job that requires either.
