My Reptile Interests

I keep a variety but my favorite are snakes. They are the easiest to keep. I've kept reptiles all my life. I really don't remember a time when I didn't. I'm not really into morphs or getting an animal just to impress people. Apart from snakes crocodillians are my favorites. Alligators top that list. I fell in love with 6 little rescued baby gators when I was about 5 years old and have loved them ever since. My dad and I have been tracking and studying a group of gators on a wildlife refuge near where I live since I was a kid. I'm currently studding to become a Wildlife Conservation Officer, but my overall dream is to open Reptile rescue reserve. Conservation is my passion and my reason for living.

I'm really big into sci-fi/multi media conventions. Convention Costuming is another huge passion of mine. I attend smaller cons regularly, but the big one for the years is always Dragoncon in Atlanta. Other than that you can find me out on Tennessee river or tromping around in the bush. I'm an outdoors person. I can't stand to be inside. I'm not having fun unless I'm getting my hands dirty. I'm a major tom boy but don't mind getting all dolled up for a costume every now and then.. :)

I listen to a lot of different music. I have a really wide range on songs that I like. But if I had to pick a "type" of music it would have to be Country, 80's hair metal (nothing wrong with having a good time), and Classic Rock.

Edward Scissor hands, Far and Away, Braveheart, Elizabeth, Lady Jane, Romeo and Juliet (original), My girl, My girl 2, Steel Magnolias, Stand by me, The War, Now and Then, Titanic, Benny and June, Gods and Generals, 300, Elizabeth the Golden Age, The other Boleyn girl, Sex Drive, Role Models, From Hell, Cry Baby, Jurassic Park, and way too many old movies to name..
