My Reptile Interests
|

I've always been fascinated by reptiles. By the way they look, move, hunt, etc. - I've never owned a reptile as a kid... and in my adolescence, as most people, I feared what I didn't understand. I still hold some of that fear (for reptiles and other things in general) today, but I haven't let that stop me from pursuing my interests. I want to learn more and more so that I may teach my kids (2 sons, Liam (4 years) and Brantley (10 months as of current)] the wonders of these miraculous animals. I currently own two ball (royal) pythons - One being a juvenile male around 150g (probably give a bit, considering it's been a bit since I weighed him) named Odin. The guy I got him from didn't seem to be taking very good care of him, a little underweight, this guy is slamming feeders left and right (though on spaced out feeding days). He's yet to turn down a meal... Aela is around 2 years old weighing in at around 800g - she is a great eater as well! I will be obtaining more as we go, getting together a rack system and hopefully a wonderful collection!

My musical interests are very broad. I listen to what sounds good to me. Whether it be Japanese folk, comedic folk (Flight of the Conchords), rap/hip-hop, country, dubstep, techno, rock, or metal... A few of my notably favorite artists include: Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, Luke Bryan, Brantley Gilbert, Lil' Wayne, Young Jeezy, TI, Skrillex, and of course Flight of the Conchords and Lonely Island

I'm a fool for the Harry Potter series. Enjoy other series as well, Matrix, Lord of the Rings, - and just fantasy in general. Of course I love my action movies. Couple of my favorite actors include Mark Wahlburg, Gerard Butler, Seth Rogen, and Jonah Hill...
