This guy's gorgeous Sonja. I heard their pattern fades as they age...Has he been holding his color pretty well? Looks like it considering the branch he's hanging off of lol.

I was recently introduced to a ATB at my friend's reptile rescue in Lancaster and I fell in love with it. I love the shape of their body, and even their edginess when held. Been researching some of the color phases.. might not be able to resist buying a pair *smile*

the bites are absolutely worth it, not only does it give you almost a bragging right to say ya i own an atb and it tags me all the time but it breaks the ice for getting bit by some bigger snakes, the bites arent even that bad so i say go for it!!!!

So, question is, are the bites worth the snake? I have the opportunity to get the most gorgeous atb for a very good price, but she is nasty nasty nasty... I'm getting more used to getting bit, I just don't like the ones that bruise too... :) Also, do you think vision cages are appropriate for atb's? I have one with an arboreal branch already installed, with a B.c.i currently living in it... Don't know much about these kids, just trying to learn before I make the plunge :)
