Comments:	She is my little rescue bosc. I got her after a pet store was going to throw her out because with improper care they had caused her to lose function in her hind quarters. So they couldn't sell her When I got her she was impacted, half her tail was shriveled, hind quarters paralyzed. Had only been housed in a aquarium tank on paper towels and aspen and fed crickets. She is now 1.5-2 years old ((fall2013) estimated cause i have had her for a year) She is stunted growth wise at 12 inches, has regained most function in her hind legs (still weaker but can use them) And eats a large variety of food and is currently housed in a 4x2x3' enclosure with a foot to a foot and a half of dirt. I am a big advocate for proper housing of monitors because of so many that end up like her because people dont do their research or don't care enough.
