Morph: Anery Type A corn snake
Birthdate: 4/28/2006

Comments: Diamond is my #1 because she is my first corn snake that I ever owned and purchased. I never thought I would have an interest in snakes as pets but because I got Diamond on a whim she has made me appreciate her and snakes in general more and more every day. I love Diamond so much. She is very lovable (for a snake) and calm and loves to be held and have her chin rubbed. Diamond is now 7 yrs old. Diamond passed away egg bound on Feb. 28, 2014. She will never be forgotten. I will always love her. She was my sweetest girl. :(

Diamond Won first place in a beauty contest June 3-5 this year at PetCo. They had a Reptile Rally and those who knew about it brought in their reptiles to show off and talk about them for a min or two each. I took Diamond and Zoe my two oldest girls and I let the kids and the adults hold both of them and talked about them and how they make great pets. I told them how special Diamond was too me, they all are very special to me and then there was like a moment where one of the store personel read a bit of information off the card you turned in about yr animal and then a few minutes later they annouced the winner's in each catagory. There were some really awesome creatures there that day. I saw a really big and sweet Blue Tongue Skink, and there was this giant Red Tegue I think is what it was and that was huge lizard, then there was a beautiful Rosy boa that was like 12 years old and a baby hognose snake, and a few other corn snakes to look at. Then there were tortoises/turtles and frogs and stuff it was great. But Diamond won 1st place for snakes and I got a ribbon and some free mice. It was cool.

She's just gorgeous! It's really cool to see the different pictures of her in different lightings, she's like a chameleon!
