i remember when i was 10 or 11 at a park when a snake handler had one of those big guys out. i was right up front of the snake when it reared up and hooded right in my face not more than 2 feet away.... standing as tall as i was, i just gazed into its eyes....it was then i knew the true respect and beauty of snakes

Beautiful King but they honeslty scare the living grace out of me. You got to have great respect with any hot but even more with that one.

Thai is still relatively young at 12 feet in length he still has some growing. But, a 12' cobra is an amazing animal and I feel truly humbled every time I work with him. Thai is a big puppy dog with scales...and fangs, and venom...oh well, he's a very easy going cobra. I'd be happy to lend any husbandry advice folks need as I've raised a few in my time.
