Comments:	This specimen was obtained during a rattle snake round up along with several other venomous species that were to be executed. I rescued these beautiful creatures from their captors during my clinical year of veterinary school and released them into the deep woodlands of Georgia where they belong. These events are a terrible shame and I pray for the day that they come to an end.
