The term "hypo Okeetee" in reference to Sunkissed really isn't used any longer to avoid confusion. Sunkissed is a proven simple recessive gene and is considered one of the 5 (or it's maybe 6 now) known hypo-type genes in corn snakes. Supercali carries both the Sunkissed and hypo A genes in het form. The plan was for Sunkissed ghosts, but to date, it has been an elusive combination. I've produced Sunkissed, hypo Sunkissed and an anery Sunkissed, but not all 3 genes together yet. As a result and tired of waiting, when one was offered, I purchased an adult Sunkissed silver queen female this year.

Nice animal. So if "sunkissed" is a hypo Okeetee, is this animal also het for the normal hypo line too? Are you going for sunkissed ghosts? Would that be a suncoast? ;) Just kidding. -p-
