My Reptile Interests
|
|
I have been interested in herps since I was old enough to walk and have been keeping them almost as long. My first real pet herp was a Snow Corn Snake when I was 13, but at that point I had, at one time or another, already kept every species native to my area. I enjoy field herping and many of the native species are quite beautiful, but I have been too busy to go much the last few years. I hope that will change as my son gets older. My interests are broad and I'm not focusing on any one or few species.

I actively enjoy chess, entomology, and I keep eneavoring to learn the guitar. I like getting together with friends for drinks and cigars. I also enjoy outdoor activities (fishing, camping, canoeing, mountain biking) and spending time with my wife and son.

I currently work for a veterinary clinic. I have been in the veterinary medicine field since 2004. I have a B.S. Biology and plan start on a M.S. Entomology or Education in the next year or so.
