Hover over the "My Animal" at the top and then select "Manage my Animals". All your animals will be brought up. Click on the animal you want to see the tracking for. A general page will come up and then click on the box that says tracking in the upper left - between "General" and "Photos" Presto... : )

If you're asking how to view ALL of your entries, do exactly as Sonja said.
If you're asking how to view ONLY sheds, in a list, or ONLY feedings, in a list, I would say go to your animal's tracking page as Sonja described, copy/paste it all into an Excel file & do a sort function in Excel. :)

You can also click on Dashboard at the very top of the page. It doesn't show everything on one page but you can click through your recent tracking up to 5 pages.
