Takes a few years depending on what and how often you feed it. Youre looking at a 4 to 5 foot lizard.

Yeah, I'd say about 2-3 yrs at least.  I will say 5-footers are rare, and 4-footers are only occasional males.  The average sav is closer to 3-3.5 ft, but still a hefty lizard to deal with.  You'll need an enclosure about the size of a small bathroom for an adult.
