Q: Question on life span of mites
Posted By:

Hey just a quick curious question...What is the life span and the time between each stage of it's life?  Example, how long does it take an egg to hatch?  How long does it take the larvae to become a pupa or vice versa (whichever way that works)? How long before the larvae/pupa stage last before turning into an actual mite itself?  Just some questions burning in my boyfriends and my mind.  I appreciate any help/answers :)

The above chart gives the average span of time spent in each stage of the snake mite's life cycle at two different temperatures.
I am sorry this was not included in the above answer, I accidentaly hit post before I meant to. Again I hope this information helps.
